A lot of people think about the benefits of steam room and why they should add one to their home or just visit one if possible. And it’s easy to see why. Steam rooms are created from the ground up with a single idea, and that is to help you relax and enjoy life again and again. They are very convenient, a pleasure to use and you can adapt them to your own lifestyle if you want to. With that in mind, here are some of the main benefits of steam room.

    Toxin removal

Steam is generated alongside a lot of heat, and that heat will generate sweat. And as you might already know, sweat is used by your body to remove a lot of waste and toxins. Obviously, it will take a bit of time to remove most of the toxins in your body. But this is a great start and it can end up bringing in its fair share of challenges. While it’s certainly tricky, the results will pay off big time.

    Stress reduction

One of the main benefits of steam room is that it allows you to reduce stress naturally. It makes it a lot easier to enjoy a healthy and happy life. When you enter the steam room you just get to eliminate all that stress and anxiety naturally. Usually doing that on your own will require a lot of time and effort, but reducing stress naturally on your own sounds really nice. And it really is, as long as you have a steam room and start focusing on the positive stuff in your life. It can do wonders, and that’s exactly what really makes it so impressive.

    Skin cleanser

Not a lot of people know this, but steam rooms are great for helping you remove impurities from your skin. Sweat will help eliminate impurities naturally. And another great thing is that it allows you to boost your circulation naturally, something that makes it easy for you to maintain a very healthy skin glow all the time. It totally works and you will be quite impressed with the experience and value as a whole, so try to consider all of that for the best results.

    Soothing nerve endings

Having your nerves under stress is not ok at all. This can end up causing nerve damage and other problems in the long run. Which is why it makes a lot of sense to study the benefits of steam room and figure out how you can tackle everything in a powerful and meaningful way. It’s one of those things that have the potential to do wonders and the experience on its own will be great.

    It helps with weight loss

Another interesting thing regarding the benefits of steam room is that you can actually lose weight thanks to a steam room. It might sound strange at first. But if you think about it, this does make a lot of sense. You can eliminate some of the water weight, however you still need to have a very healthy diet and you have to adapt it to your own requirements. It can totally be worth the effort, so try to consider all of that and you will not have to worry about anything in the end.

    Opening your sinuses

The heat from steam rooms will help thin the mucus membranes in your body. Being able to loosen the mucus will actually help you inhale and breathe a little bit better than before. Which is a good thing, because you retain your health in the long run and it can indeed pay off big time if you tackle this the right way. Granted, you can expect such a thing to be very time-consuming, but the health benefit appears right away, which makes steam rooms great for people that have breathing difficulties.

Don’t expect this to be a way to replace any current treatments. However, it will help a lot if you just give it a shot on your own and see how it goes. For the most part it can work quite nicely and that’s exactly why it makes a lot of sense to try it. Plus, this will help clear most congestion-related issues here.

    Great for workout recovery

While this might seem like one of those obscure health benefits, it does work really well and you want to check it out the best way that you can. When you work out your muscles are very tense, so having a way to eliminate all that stress and anxiety does tend to work great. Which is why we recommend you to use a stem room for workout recovery, as it can help a lot and it has the potential to bring in front some amazing results in the long run.

    Immune system booster

It’s always a good idea to try and boost the power of your immune system. Which is why using a steam room is so good, because you can help increase your immunity too. The exposure to warm water stimulates leukocytes, cells that help you find infection. What that means is you get to stay away from major health problems in the long run and the health benefits will be extraordinary. Rest assured that this will be well-worth it, so try to consider using a steam room as often as you can.

There are many benefits of steam room, which is why it makes a lot of sense to have or at least use one from time to time. Being able to eliminate stress and anxiety while also boosting your health does make a lot of sense. It works amazingly well, and you do need to check it out and give it a try the best way that you can. Most of these benefits of steam room appear right away, so you will be incredibly happy and impressed with the results. Yes, it can be a bit tricky to put yourself at ease with the idea, but using a steam room does work great for most people and it should be amazing for you too.

  • INFRARED SAUNAS

    10 Reasons

    INFRARED SAUNAS

Infrared Saunas: Is widely known to be a great way to lose weight, reduce pain, sleep better and recover faster from exercise. The main reason why an infrared sauna is so good at addressing these ailments because of the sauna's ability to create a cardiovascular workout on the body without movement!

It just so happens that the sauna environment is a great environment to deliver infrared as you are not wearing any clothing and you are surrounded by the infrared heat.

    How is this possible?

When in the sauna, the body starts to activate its heat response. This means there will see an increase in heart rate, increase in blood flow and therefore also an increase in oxygen flowing through the system. Once hot enough, the body will start to sweat in order to cool itself.

The interesting part about this is that in most cases, large movements are not actually necessary. Saunas are such a great way to create cardiovascular work on the body without using your muscles. This is great for people who are injured, have recently undergone surgery or just aren’t able to move. It’s also great if you’re sore form a workout and want to exercise without putting much strain on your muscular system.

As the body heats up and the circulation increases, the muscles will loosen which will allow anyone to stretch deeper into my legs when I hop out.

Infrared Saunas Versus Traditional and Steam Saunas

The main difference between infrared saunas and traditional saunas is how they use heat. Traditional saunas use a single heater that is heating the air and this hot air heats the user.  In contrast, infrared saunas use advanced therapy to heat the user directly with only a small percentage of the heat heating the air. This results in a deeper sweat and at lower ambient air temperature. In fact, infrared saunas usually operate between 115° – 135°F, while traditional saunas can get up to 195°F

You will get all of the relaxation benefits of a traditional infrared sauna along with the increased health benefits that infrared offers all at a much more comfortable temperature.  Infrared saunas are also dry saunas.

Not only are infrared saunas extremely beneficial, but they are also more efficient and require less electricity (a traditional sauna is almost three times as expensive to run as an infrared sauna). That also means that the warm-up time of an infrared sauna is much quicker than a traditional sauna.

    INFRARED SAUNA HEALTH BENEFITS

    WEIGHT LOSS & INCREASED METABOLISM

In Accordance with the Journal of the American Medical Association, regular use of a sauna impacts a similar boost on the cardiovascular system. As you relax in the gentle infrared heat, your body is hard at work producing sweat, pumping blood and burning calories.

As your body increases sweat production to cool itself, your heart works harder to pump blood at a greater rate to boost circulation. This increase in your metabolism will burn calories.

    MUSCLE PAIN RELIEF

The infrared Sauna Increases blood circulation carries off metabolic waste products and delivers oxygen-rich blood to oxygen-depleted muscle, so they recover faster.

Muscles relax best when tissues are warm, for greater flexibility and range of motion. Far Infrared heat relieves muscle tension. The deep heat of far infrared saunas helps peripheral blood vessels dilate, bringing relief and healing to muscle and soft tissue injuries.  Infrared heat also reduces soreness on nerve endings and muscle spasms as muscle joints and fibres are heated.

    IMMUNE SYSTEM BOOST

The deep heating from the Sauna True Wave II™ infrared heaters will raise your core body temperature, inducing an artificial fever. How does this benefit the body? Fever is the body’s natural mechanism to strengthen and accelerate the immune response, as seen in the case of infection.

This enhanced immune system, combined with improved elimination of toxins and wastes via intense sweating, increases your overall health and resistance to disease.

    DETOXIFICATION

Since one of the biggest infrared sauna health benefits is its ability to increase your blood circulation and stimulate the sweat glands thereby releasing built-up toxins in the body.

Daily sauna sweating helps by detoxify the body, thereby getting rid of accumulated highly toxic metals (lead, mercury, nickel, and cadmium) as well as alcohol, nicotine, sulfuric acid, and other organic and inorganic compounds.

    IMPROVES APPEARANCE OF CELLULITE

Cellulite refers to superficial pockets of trapped fat, which cause uneven dimpling or “orange peel” skin. It appears in 90% of post-adolescent women and is rarely seen in men. Common, but not exclusive areas where cellulite is found are the buttocks, thighs, and the abdomen. Contrary to popular belief, cellulite is not related to obesity, and the appearance of cellulite is not always reduced by weight loss.

Since the far infrared radiant heat of the Sauna warms three times as deep as conventional saunas, it is significantly more effective at reducing cellulite. There is a direct link between the slowing of metabolic rates and the storage of toxins in fat cells. Sauna use and far infrared heat can increase heart rate and localized blood circulation, which essentially reverses the above-mentioned trends towards the accumulation of liquids in the fat cells to reduce the appearance of cellulite.

    EASE JOINT PAIN AND STIFFNESS

Time spent in an infrared sauna benefits patients suffering from many forms of arthritis. Radiant heat has also been effective in the treatment of sprains, neuralgia, bursitis, muscle spasms, joint stiffness and many other muscular-skeletal ailments. Much of the stiffness, aches and soreness that comes with ageing is reduced or eliminated.

    STRESS AND FATIGUE REDUCTION

Just a few minutes in the gentle warmth of an infrared sauna will help you feel relaxed, rejuvenated and renewed.

Many Jacuzzi Sauna customers comment on how much they look forward to their Infrared Sauna session, as it’s a great time to get away and release any built-up tension and stress. It’s like having a day spa in your home, open all the time for your convenience.

Infrared Saunas have also been shown to affect the autonomic nervous system putting you in the parasympathetic (rest and digest) state allowing your body to heal.

    IMPROVES SKIN

The profuse sweating achieved after just a few minutes in your Sauna carries off deeply embedded impurities and dead skin cells, leaving the skin glowing and immaculately clean. Increased circulation draws your skin’s own natural nutrients to the surface.

You’ll see improved tone, elasticity, texture and fresh colour. Increased blood circulation has also been shown to relieve acne, eczema, psoriasis, burns, lesions and cuts. In addition, open wounds heal more quickly
