Ice Baths, Cold Spa, Ice Showers, Cold Plunge, Cold Tub, Cold Bath, Cryo Tanks, and all the other terms thrown around on the internet these days are all just similar expressions for something referred to as Cold Immersion Therapy. However, an ice bath is specifically partial or full immersion in near freezing or super cooled water.
