Is it real cedar wood or a cedar laminate?

The cedar infrared saunas are all "real" cedar, no laminate. In fact the walls are also double layer construction, so the tongue and groove cedar pieces you see on the inside of the sauna are separate pieces from the exterior tongue and groove cedar.
