Is this a FAR infrared heater?

Hello Karen, This is a FAR infrared heater, but to clarify, it is a room heater, so you are not really receiving the FAR infrared heat benefits like you would in a sauna. The infrared waves are kept within the heater and just the hot air blows out into the room.
