are these for inside use or outdoors?

Hello Tammy, the infrared saunas are for indoor use, or possibly a very well protected outdoor area, like a fully covered porch in a warmer climate. Infrared saunas do not perform well in colder ambient air and they are not designed to be exposed to the elements such as rain.
