  • Hello Tammy, the infrared saunas are for indoor use, or possibly a very well protected outdoor area, like a fully covered porch in a warmer climate. Infrared saunas do not perform well in colder ambient air and they are not designed to be exposed to the elements such as rain.

  • What exactly does the "Color Therapy" lighting mean? What is the benefit of having this feature in the Infrared Sauna?
  • Color Therapy lighting is a color changing light. It can be locked one of several colors, or set to a color changing mode.
    Many people find various light colors more soothing and relaxing. This feature allows the individual to choose the color of light that they prefer.

  • Hello Frank, unfortunately adding a stereo is not an option from the factory.
    However the sauna has speakers and a jack to plug in something like an iPod.
    On my sauna, I plugged in a Panasonic stereo. The headphone jack on the stereo was the same size. So I enjoy AM/FM or CD’s in there when I take a sauna.

  • Hello Frank, I just checked an ionizer and there is not a chamber to add something like scent beads. In a sauna this size though, any aromatherapy you add would surely fill the air.
